Working with Manny for the purchase of our 2024 Jaguar E-Pace was a great experience. He was responsive at providing information to my numerous requests and always available to talk and even took a video to give me a closer look at the car, since we are quite a distance away. I would highly recommend South Shore JLR and specifically Manny if you are looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover.

It was truly a pleasure working with Manny and his team at LRSS. We were interested in ordering a 2026 Defender Trophy Edition. Manny was extremely knowledgeable about the car and options, answered all my questions with a smile, and helped us feel comfortable throughout the ordering process. Negotiations were smooth and respectful, and every detail we worked out was honored months later when the car arrived from the factory. I had finally found the car I had been searching for at Jaguar Land Rover South Shore, the team I worked with to make the purchase was phenomenal from start to delivery. Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, I really had to put my trust into them. Manny Bravo went above and beyond, putting my mind at ease by answering any questions I had. He was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. The out of state purchasing process was made simple, both Manny and Rick Tandy in Finance were excellent to work with. The car was delivered to my home address, it’s everything I had wanted and I couldn’t be happier. I would 100% recommend Manny and Rick at Jaguar Land Rover South Shore.

Needed air in my tires and my screen checked. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and $250 later for air in my tires! They gave me a list of needed repairs. New battery. Had battery replaced in January. Rotation of tires, done in January! Interesting how all these repairs showed up when warranty expired 3 weeks ago! Had maintenance in January under warranty! Waste of my time! I could had put air in my tires myself and they never fixed the screen issue!

Terrible experience with this dealership. I paid cash for a car to be shipped overseas. To ship it, I needed the title. They promised me that I would get the title in five days, but it’s been three weeks since I got the car and there is still no title. Some of the staff are saying that the title was shipped, while someone else is saying there was an issue with the bank from a previous lease. Title department is saying that they sent the title to DMV two weeks after I paid the car.Big,Big B.S. When they need you to buy something from them, they will promise you everything, but when an issue arises, they just pass the problem from one person to another

Beware of this dealership. The Sale Department here is the WORST! The attached over $10k is Service Contracts to my purchase. When I confronted them about the issue, they promised to cancel the services and refund the amounts. Nothing has been done to date. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
